LOCAL/SPAIN From New York to Paris Carlos studied Fine Arts and worked for large production companies and advertising agencies. It was also in NY where he shot his first short film “Sinaptica” (awarded at various festivals). Now back in Madrid he continues his career as a director betting on the conjunction between artistic direction, design, and the moving image. With a style that oscillates between visual plasticity and color, framed in dynamic narratives, and a relaxed direction of actors, showing special interest in gestural humor. Carlos always takes care of the aesthetics and the visual impact in all his pieces, looking for that place that we cannot see with our eyes, but with our imagination.
