Bonamaze
Stav & Gilad started out as professional drummers and music producers, and performed around the world. Over time they evolved as visual artists, directing and creating interactive videos. Their unorthodox style earned them the embrace of the music video and commercials industry as directors and editors. They took up the name BONAMAZE.
As rhythm and beats experts, combining high aesthetics with unique storytelling ability, and cutting-edge editing, BONAMAZE’s specialized “Sound Of” technique has attracted interest from giant brands who wanted that style for their own. They did commercials for brands such as: Nestle, Pepsi, Tuborg, Snickers, Breitling, etc.
They can take any idea and portray it in a musical way, as they did for Tony Hawk with the viral sensation – “The Sound of Skateboarding”. The duo’s audiovisual homages to NYC and Berlin have also made waves across the web and the industry, winning them multiple awards at various festivals, including the coveted Webby Awards.
Essentially, BONAMAZE checks 3/3 of the holy trinity of filmmaking: Directing, Editing, and Sound Design. This combination of talents is what makes up the duo’s trademark, and brings artistic results that are both original and unforgettable.
