Pepsi wanted to turn a straight product push into a cultural moment. The play: hand the brand to Nil Ojeda, one of Spain’s biggest creators, and let his audience carry it. A challenge with a clock on it, a real warehouse, and a million bottles with his face on the cap. Global-campaign ambition, but it had to live and breathe like native creator content, not like an ad. The bar was simple to say and hard to hit: a piece that feels spontaneous and real, while holding the finish and control a brand like Pepsi expects.
The whole idea rests on one illusion: that Nil just pulled out his phone and filmed inside a warehouse stacked to the ceiling. The moment it reads as produced, the spell breaks. So the hard part wasn’t making it look big. It was making something highly produced look like nobody touched it. A real, working logistics center that never stops (24/7). Real product and real people on the floor. And a sense of scale, atmosphere and finish that no single shooting day delivers on its own.
One real location, zero downtime. We shot inside an active 24/7 logistics center, moving around a floor that never closes, with the real team in frame.
Real product, real hands. Live action with actual product and the people who work there, so the human texture stays true.
In-house hybrid production. Live footage and our own AI, built at home and layered together until the seams disappear. Scale and atmosphere elevated without ever leaving the real world behind.
Nil-native, not ad-native. Framing, pacing and finish tuned to feel like one of his own uploads, not a brand’s.
Obsessive post-production. Round after round, change after change, until «produced» became invisible.
A hero film that reads as pure creator content.
A 15-day challenge powered by Nil’s community.
One million branded bottles turned into a shared, gamified moment.
Big-brand finish, creator-native feel — with no visible seams.
The hardest thing to fake is «unfaked.» Making something look untouched takes more control, not less.
Hybrid only works when it’s invisible. Real and AI aren’t two layers stacked on top of each other. Done right, you can’t find the line.
Native beats polished. A global brand can win by looking like it belongs on the creator’s feed, not above it.
