FULL AI
The Objective
Create a flagship Škoda brand film built 100% with generative AI. A hyper-real visual world designed to prove that today’s AI can deliver premium craft, tight art direction, and nationwide, multi-format scale. The project was directed by AI artist Mister Nitch, with Glassy Films leading the end-to-end creation, coordination, and generative pipeline.
The Challenge
Deliver cinematic realism without a shoot: generate every element (environments, motion, lighting, music and sound) while keeping brand control, consistency, and approval readiness across formats, all in 4 weeks. That meant building a production workflow optimized for fast iteration, rigorous QA, and “brand-safe” finishing, but executed entirely inside an AI-driven process.
The result
A fully AI-produced hero spot plus a rollout-ready suite of cutdowns and formats for a large-scale national launch, pushing photorealism and controllability to the edge of what’s currently achievable with AI. Beyond the film, the project established a repeatable “full-AI” methodology for high-stakes brand campaigns, aligned with the broader acceleration of generative AI in advertising production. At Glassy Films, we’re ready for this, and the next wave of AI-first campaigns, where major brands trust our AI production expertise to extract maximum value from every production across channels and formats.
